Hello,

I am Wendy LugoSantiago, owner of eAssistant-worldwide.  With my 10 years of work experience in the administrative and computer instructor field and  my education in the United States and Germany, I am able to help your business grow.

I became a virtual assistant after I became a military spouse.  As a military spouse, I had to find a way to adapt to change.  Within 8 years of being a military spouse, I moved four times over 2 different continents (Germany, Texas, Italy, North Carolina, and Germany).

I am bilingual (English – German), bicultural and widely traveled.   Through this, I gained a unique international experience with which I can help you succeed in today’s global economy.

Just like the mice Sniff and Scurry in the book “Who Moved My Cheese?” by Spencer Johnson, M.D., I anticipated the change, decided to enjoy it and adapted to it by becoming a virtual assistant.  The virtual assistant industry was a perfect fit for me: I can do what I love, have my own business (which means it will move with me wherever I go), and I can help you, with my experience, grow a profitable business.

Professionalism is embedded in all the work I do.  Also, I am very creative and I will find solutions to your problems.  My love to details makes me enjoy proofreading and editing.  Honesty and confidentiality are very important to me.

I partner with entrepreneurs and other small businesses by offering administrative services, internet research, social media marketing, contact management, Web development, and more.

When I am not at work, I enjoy reading historic fiction, going for a walk, spending time with my family, traveling, and learning something new.

Education

I graduated with a 4.0 GPA from the University of Maryland, University College, where I earned a Bachelor in Business Management with a focus on entrepreneurship.  Additionally, I graduated from the Fachhochschule for Administration in Germany with a Bachelor in Administration.  Also, I am Microsoft Certified in Word 2007.  I believe education is a life-long journey to stay competitive in today’s fast-paced technological business world.
